1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the ck3666 platform.
• "Platform" means the website at https://ck3666.bet and any associated mobile interface, application, or service operated by ck3666.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, virtual sports, crash games, promotions, and payment facilities offered by ck3666.
• "Balance" means real-money funds held in a User's ck3666 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a ck3666 Account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ck3666 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable SMS two-factor authentication.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All bets placed and transactions completed while your Account is logged in are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you or by an unauthorised third party who gained access due to your negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck3666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of the request.
• ck3666 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed during support hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically credited within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• ck3666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, or if a withdrawal amount exceeds internal review thresholds.
• Funds deposited must be used for wagering purposes. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without meaningful wagering activity may be investigated for abuse.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ck3666 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. New account bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on ck3666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or market. General betting conduct rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck3666 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious pricing error is identified by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a game session or live bet, ck3666 will use all reasonable measures to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Decisions made on the basis of such logs are final.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") on odds or game payouts do not constitute valid bets. ck3666 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck3666 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account per person, household, device, or shared IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via ck3666.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during the KYC process.
• Allowing minors (persons under the age of 21) to access your Account or use the Platform in any capacity.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck3666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ck3666's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations where ck3666 has acted in good faith and taken reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including match statistics, odds descriptions, or game tutorial content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ck3666's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

11 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close a ck3666 Account at any time. Users wishing to close their Account should contact support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

ck3666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if:

• The Account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
